Suiter Construction Company strives to consistently produce the highest, quality custom home possible with the most value for every construction dollar spent. We build only a select number of homes every year and each of these homes is built as if it were going to be our own. Our excellent reputation as builders is based on maintaining the highest level of standards. A few basic principles have guided our company for the past 20 years, these principles are: hard work, honesty, integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. We believe these principles have helped us produce excellent quality homes for all of our clients.

Here are some of the products we choose, that we think will
make a difference in your home:
- Under carpeted floors, we choose to use plywood underlayment to create a flatter, quieter, and more sound floor.
- We choose to use cast iron risers instead of PVC pipe, thereby removing the risk of hearing the sound of rushing water behind the wall.
- We choose to use copper flashing instead of aluminum flashing, because copper flashing stands up better over time to the weather.
- We choose to use plywood instead of OSB, wafer or particle board, because it's stronger, more stable and tested by time.
- Instead of a prefabricated truss, our roofs are stick built in place for a stronger and more durable structure.

Beyond that time, we will continue to assist you at your request. We will also help you in contacting any company whose product we installed in your home for maintenance or improvements.
